MerPhotonics complies with GDPR and EU data protection law. When you submit a message via our contact form, we collect only the data you provide: your name, email address, phone (optional), type of request, and the text of your message. This data is used strictly to respond to your inquiry and is never shared with third parties or used for marketing unless you provide separate explicit consent.

- Purpose: Handling and responding to contact requests (consultation, project inquiry, partnership, product info, technical question, or other user requests).
- Type of data: Name, email address, phone (optional), request type (selected in the form), message contents.
- Lawful basis: Consent, explicitly provided via the checkbox in the form prior to submission.
- Retention: Personal data is retained only as necessary to respond, and deleted once the inquiry is closed, or at latest 12 months after submission.
